一、更改登記

出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/改變電位名稱、法定代表人、經(jīng)營地點(diǎn)、進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/經(jīng)營范圍、經(jīng)營方式、開戶銀行及帳號(hào)等事項(xiàng)的自工商行政管理機(jī)關(guān)辦理變更登記或者有關(guān)批準(zhǔn)宣布變更之日起30日內(nèi)，持變更登記的有關(guān)證明文件和原退稅登記證件等資料到退稅機(jī)關(guān)辦理退稅變更登記。

退稅機(jī)關(guān)根據(jù)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的申請，經(jīng)過調(diào)查核實(shí)后，在原《出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/退稅登記證》上簽署意見，加蓋“變更”字樣的印章，并核法新的《出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/退稅登記證》。

二、注銷登記 中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/網(wǎng)-外貿(mào)助手-stonebuy.com

出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/發(fā)生破產(chǎn)、解散、撤消以及其他依法應(yīng)當(dāng)終止退稅事項(xiàng)的情況，須在批準(zhǔn)撤并之日起30日內(nèi)，向工商行政管理機(jī)關(guān)辦理注銷登記前，申報(bào)辦理出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退稅注銷登記。退稅機(jī)關(guān)按規(guī)定對其清算退稅款后，注銷并收回遠(yuǎn)簽發(fā)的《出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/退稅登記證》。

三、驗(yàn)證和換證 中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/網(wǎng)-外貿(mào)助手-stonebuy.com

退稅機(jī)關(guān)定期組織對出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/退稅登記的查驗(yàn)工作，對登記證的有關(guān)內(nèi)容與出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/提供的有關(guān)證件資料的原件進(jìn)行審驗(yàn)并確認(rèn)。根據(jù)國家稅務(wù)總局的統(tǒng)一部署，出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在辦理國稅稅務(wù)登記證的同時(shí)，辦理出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退稅登記證換證手續(xù)。

四、其他

（1）《出口http://en.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/退稅登記證》不得轉(zhuǎn)借、涂改、損毀、買賣或者偽造；

（2）納稅人遺失出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退稅登記證，應(yīng)當(dāng)書面報(bào)告主管出口http://en.stonebuy.com/退稅的稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)并登報(bào)公告聲明作廢，同時(shí)申請補(bǔ)發(fā)。
