　　張弘力表示，作為市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html經濟中最具活力的部分，中小企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/創造了大量的就業機會和技術創新成果，促進競爭、抑制壟斷，但在資金、技術、信息等方面面臨諸多困難，政府要采取必要政策措施給予扶持。pic.stonebuy.com

　　張弘力說，“十一五”期間，財政部將進一步健全對中小企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的稅收支持體系，有關政策將逐步實現由扶弱濟困向培育市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html競爭力轉移。

　　他表示，新的企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所得稅法在明年起實施后，將按25%的征收比例統一各類企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/稅負，對符合條件的小型微利企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/采取適當優惠政策，減按20%的稅率征收企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所得稅，為中小企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/與大企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/在一個起跑線上平等競爭創造條件。www.stonebuy.com
