　　去年確認(rèn)的首批21家上市后備企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主要集中在機(jī)械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/制造、水暖消防、石材http://www.stonebuy.com/等產(chǎn)業(yè)。啟動改制上市，企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/迎來發(fā)展良機(jī)。當(dāng)年21家后備企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/就完成稅收19297萬元，同比增長183%%。

　　啟動一年多來，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/改制上市穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)。記者了解到，目前南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/首批21家上市后備企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中已經(jīng)有7家企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/完成股份公司設(shè)立，10家企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/與證券中介機(jī)構(gòu)達(dá)成合作意向，正式啟動改制上市。而閩發(fā)鋁業(yè)和天廣消防已報(bào)證監(jiān)局輔導(dǎo)備案，6月就可以向中國http://www.stonebuy.com證監(jiān)會遞交企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/上市申請材料，今年10月有望掛牌上市。
