    據(jù)悉，大理石的應(yīng)用已有上千年的歷史。早在元代就出產(chǎn)大理石的工藝畫。明末清初，云南大理石就在我國(guó)各地的官吏、富紳的建筑和家具中使用。其中，大理石中的水墨山水畫的圖案一直為文人墨客視為珍寶廣為珍藏，更有許多洋人萬里迢迢來到云南大理，尋找具有藝術(shù)價(jià)值的大理石畫販賣到世界各地。

    “其實(shí)，云南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，在上世紀(jì)90年代就面臨著選擇，一條是做大做強(qiáng)本土的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)，一條是讓出云南的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市場(chǎng)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，讓外省甚至外國(guó)的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/大舉進(jìn)入云南，賺取云南人的錢。”云南麗石石材http://www.stonebuy.com/有限公司董事長(zhǎng)劉柏華告訴記者，“兩種選擇，兩種結(jié)果。”

    據(jù)記者調(diào)查，當(dāng)時(shí)的云南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/根本沒有機(jī)會(huì)做出選擇。隨著鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、集體企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/和個(gè)體企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的不斷涌現(xiàn)，1990年全國(guó)各類板材達(dá)到4300萬平方米，比1983年增加了10多倍，花崗石從1983年的5萬平方米增加到1992年的2200萬平方米，增長(zhǎng)了400多倍，礦山開采量在1992年達(dá)到200萬立方米以上，產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/品種增加，質(zhì)量也大幅提高。當(dāng)?shù)卣舶淹鈦淼?a >石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/當(dāng)做招商引資的貴賓，忽略了云南本土石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的壯大與發(fā)展，從而使石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/失去許多的機(jī)會(huì)。

    到1997年，云南的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/市場(chǎng)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html又開始“升級(jí)換代”，許多外來石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/大量引進(jìn)國(guó)外石材http://www.stonebuy.com/，掀起了進(jìn)口石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的巨大旋風(fēng)，來自意大利、西班牙、希臘、土耳其等國(guó)的進(jìn)口石材http://www.stonebuy.com/以色彩鮮艷，品質(zhì)超群立即得到了銀行、酒店的睛睞。經(jīng)過幾年的高速發(fā)展后，云南省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)在2000年后進(jìn)入了調(diào)整期，全國(guó)石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)同時(shí)陷入低迷，不少廠家倒閉，具有實(shí)力的大型廠家開始探求新的出路。當(dāng)時(shí)云南最大的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/麗石石材http://www.stonebuy.com/首先在云南祿勸、武定發(fā)現(xiàn)黃色砂巖，并利用全球的銷售網(wǎng)把產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/到了幾十個(gè)國(guó)家。繼大理石、花崗石后，砂巖被國(guó)家列為中國(guó)http://www.stonebuy.com第三大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/品種。麗石石材http://www.stonebuy.com/成為全國(guó)第一個(gè)建立砂巖開采、生產(chǎn)、干燥、防水、運(yùn)輸、安裝系統(tǒng)工程的廠家，確立了砂巖生產(chǎn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

    據(jù)云南省石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商會(huì)提供的資料，到2005年，云南有各類石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/400余家，大部分分布在昆明、石林、武定、保山、騰沖、屏邊、彌勒等縣市，其中不足25%為云南本土的民營(yíng)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，絕大部分只能生產(chǎn)板材，只有少部分能生產(chǎn)異型材，還有部分生產(chǎn)墓碑、路沿石、鋪路石、石雕等粗放型石材http://www.stonebuy.com/制品。而真正從事石材http://www.stonebuy.com/開發(fā)的的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/不足100家，年工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值不足5億元，與云南省每年30億元至40億元的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/應(yīng)用量相比，極不相稱。

    業(yè)內(nèi)人士告訴記者，云南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)發(fā)展了50多年，在2005年9月前沒有一個(gè)相關(guān)的行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)，沒有相關(guān)的政策法規(guī)，沒有關(guān)于這行業(yè)的基本數(shù)據(jù)，更沒有列入云南省國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展計(jì)劃，整個(gè)行業(yè)處于無序發(fā)展和惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中。并且云南現(xiàn)有的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/中相當(dāng)一部分是以農(nóng)民為主體發(fā)展起來的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，缺乏資金，缺乏規(guī)劃，缺乏政府支持，一群泥腿子苦苦支撐著云南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/工業(yè)的半壁河山。

    劉柏華說：“政府應(yīng)該給予石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/以引導(dǎo)，出臺(tái)一系列政策，支持石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)的發(fā)展，讓云南多姿多彩的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/走出云南，走出中國(guó)http://www.stonebuy.com，去賺外省人的錢，賺外國(guó)人的錢。”
