    數(shù)據(jù)顯示，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市規(guī)模以上石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/實現(xiàn)污水零排放，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業(yè)能耗為每萬元工業(yè)增加值0.43噸標準煤。共有135家石粉碎石綜合利用企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，其中規(guī)模以上企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/41家，擁有5個省級循環(huán)經濟試點園區(qū)和企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，基本消除了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業(yè)產生的環(huán)境污染。

    2005年，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市部分政協(xié)委員提交了《關于對石粉開發(fā)利用、變廢為寶的扶持力度》建議案，并促成每年100萬元的石粉、碎石綜合利用發(fā)展專項基金。4年來，這一舉措發(fā)揮了“四兩撥千斤”效應，在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)掀起了循環(huán)經濟熱。

    為加快石粉、碎石綜合利用技術的研發(fā)，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/市與同濟大學共同組建了建筑材料技術開發(fā)中心，進行技術攻關。同時，積極引導石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/向工業(yè)集中區(qū)聚集，并加大執(zhí)法力度，對達不到環(huán)保要求的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/堅決采取停電停產措施。積極引導石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/向規(guī)?；⑵放苹较虬l(fā)展，提高準入門檻，將新建石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/最低投資額提高到3000萬元。

    在石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產業(yè)循環(huán)經濟展示區(qū)，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/鵬翔崗石公司負責人告訴記者，公司今年推出的綠色人造崗石系列產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/，全部用回收的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/廢料加工而成，在實現(xiàn)循環(huán)利用的同時，還保持了產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/不含輻射，從原料到產品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/全程綠色處理。

    在明超石業(yè)公司，記者看到，公司生產用水全部采用回收地下水。企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/投產當年就建好了污水回收利用系統(tǒng)，每年可以節(jié)省用水3000多噸。與明超石業(yè)公司一樣，眾多南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/通過科技創(chuàng)新、技術改造，自覺地承擔起治污的社會責任。

    目前，南安http://www.shicai.com.cn/已涌現(xiàn)出國能建材、萊特建材、協(xié)進陶瓷、鵬翔崗石、南星大理石等眾多循環(huán)經濟示范企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，全市靠“吃”石粉、碎石的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/已超過100家。在這些企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的帶動下，昔日被視為白色污染物的邊角料，如今成為搶手的“香餑餑”。
