昨日上午，中日石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商會和企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/界代表再一次坐到了一起，深入探討中日石材http://www.stonebuy.com/貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/中存在的問題和解決途徑。中方代表指出，由于沒有統(tǒng)一的產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/技術規(guī)范，近年來，中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/多數(shù)都遇到了日本銷售商的不當索賠。

      據(jù)悉，中日石材http://www.stonebuy.com/友好協(xié)商交流會最早于2008年由福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)協(xié)會與日本石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會倡導舉行，主要是為了解決中國http://www.stonebuy.com石材http://www.stonebuy.com/制品出口http://en.stonebuy.com/到日本過程當中的價格、品質(zhì)等相關貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/摩擦。協(xié)商會每年都會舉辦兩三次會議，而且其中的一場就放在廈門國際石材http://www.stonebuy.com/展期間。

      本次協(xié)商會上，在接受因物價、人工費造成的成本增加、品質(zhì)降低等眾多嚴峻的現(xiàn)實狀況的前提下，中日石材http://www.stonebuy.com/業(yè)界人士分別對各項問題進行協(xié)商，以期減少中日貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/摩擦，推動中日兩國石材http://www.stonebuy.com/貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/。

      協(xié)商會上，福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業(yè)協(xié)會公布了他們今年年初對福建http://www.zongyi.com.cn/省內(nèi)100多家企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的問卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查顯示，多數(shù)企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/都曾遇到日本買方的不當索賠，索賠內(nèi)容涉及品質(zhì)、加工、運輸?shù)榷鄠€方面。企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/普遍認為，沒有明確的驗貨標準和行業(yè)標準，完全憑驗貨員的個人把握履行對產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/標準檢驗，有些產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/經(jīng)買方檢驗貼上標簽后發(fā)貨到日本用戶手上又產(chǎn)生索賠，極大增加了企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的生產(chǎn)成本。同時，由于單一工廠處于弱勢，為了怕失去客戶訂單，極不情愿接受致使索賠案件有增無減。
